OUR INVITATION

See for yourself

Welcome! Simply look around, discover what makes our school so special for your child with their unique talents.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I am Renée Classen

Founder and school principal of the Mea Semita Montessori all-day school – previously Futura Montessori Day School – AMI-certified Montessori educator across the full 0–18 age range (AMI 0-3, 3-6, 6-12, 12-18) and a Swiss EDK-recognized primary school teacher.

Discovering something new daily with and from the children is my credo!

"After several turbulent years at public school, we decided to enroll our child at Futura. It was like night and day! He made quick progress. We no longer had to engage as tutors at home. He got up happily in the morning and came home enthusiastic. The atmosphere at our house became much better. Finally, peace had arrived!"

Father who had two children learning with us

"Dear Renée, I have thought about what you said about parents, that we should simply have patience with the children – you don't have to push them, they will find their own way, etc. I really learned that from you! I will always be grateful to you and your school for what you have offered my child. Despite his long adjustment period, you always had patience with him and never seemed to worry about his progress. I could see that and it helped me to relax. Thank you so much for that! Keep doing what you and the team do every day – it is so urgently needed in this world!"

Mother of former primary school student

"I am not easily impressed, but when I observe the presentations, I can very well understand the children's fascination. And amazingly, they remember every single word of the presentation afterwards."
